In a clip shared by the Bangalore franchise on social media, Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis and other team members could be seen revealing their thoughts on the extraordinary win.

Kohli was spotted in his signature fiery version as the Indian star was heard to say: ‘It was a sweet victory boys, a sweet victory. If you can give it, you must take it. Otherwise, don’t give it away.

Skipper Du Plessis credited Kohli’s on-field aggression with helping Bangalore secure the remarkable victory, defending a paltry target of 127 runs.

Kohli made special mention of the crowd on the site, saying he didn’t imagine a large number of Bangalore fans would show up.
According to Kohli, it showed people’s love and admiration for Bangalore’s unity.

After Bangalore’s 18-point win, Kohli and LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir got involved in a heated argument.
It all started after Gambhir interfered as Kohli and Mayers were chatting which allowed the two former India teammates to exchange words.

Meanwhile, on a 62-point partnership between Kohli and du Plessis, the Royal Challengers struggled to 126/9 on the bowling-friendly surface in Lucknow.

Kohli scored a 30-ball 31, while Du Plessis made 44 of 40 deliveries. It looked like an easy task for Lucknow, but they continued to suffer the same type of batting slump. From Lucknow, only one hitter, Krishnappa Gowtham broke the 20-run mark, while others failed to start.
A clinical bowling display of Josh Hazlewood, Karn Sharma and Mohammad Siraj, Lucknow was knocked out for just 108 runs with one ball to spare.
